With the increasing vibration of energy on the planet and in our bodies, we’re all beginning to be sensitive to more things and invisible forces than we’ve ever realized was possible to be sensitive to. Here’s an interesting tidbit from The Arlington Institute’s Futuredition Newsletter:
Bacteria Anticipate Coming Changes in Their Environment

A study by Princeton University researchers shows for the first time that bacteria don’t just react to changes in their surroundings—they anticipate and prepare for them. The findings challenge the prevailing notion that only organisms with complex nervous systems have this ability. In addition to shedding light on deep questions in biology, the findings could have many practical implications. They could help scientists understand how bacteria mutate to develop resistance to antibiotics. They also may help in developing specialized bacteria to perform useful tasks such as cleaning up environmental contamination.
I also noticed that Karen Bishop was talking about symptoms of the shift to higher awareness:
“Feeling cold with an inability to get warm is another manifestation of transitioning from one dimension or vibration into another. . .. Weeping for the loss of the old, or the energies of what can no longer exist in a higher vibration, occurred as well. . .. Feeling as if one was having a meltdown is also a frequent occurrence. . .as so much of us begins to open, leave, and come apart during these times. We also . . . come to the higher vibrating awareness that we cannot save another or even save the planet. When we attempt to go where others are, or to a lower vibrating space, we have to drop down ourselves, and this we can only do for certain amounts of time. We need not “drop down” anymore, as it is now time for many to “come up.”
And, my friend Darryl called with a tip he saw in a meditation: To picture the trouble on earth—that may be besetting you in any number of ways—as a dark cloud, and poke lots of holes through it so light can shine through. Holding images like this can actually help shift conditions, if enough people do it!
